j daze + vacation

This weekend we're off to Canandaigua for our first regatta of the summer. I'm looking forward to getting back on the water and hanging out with the old crew. We're on a new boat this year, so keep your fingers crossed:) Maybe crash some champagne over the bow for good luck?

Then we're heading up to the adirondacks on Monday for a week before wedding season kicks into full gear.

Megan + James booked me for their wedding this summer a few months ago, but they live in Boston and I (of course) live in good ol' Canastota, so we never had the chance to meet. As soon as they walked in my studio this week I took one look at Megan's cowboy boots and thought...we're going to get along so good! I sooo look forward to their wedding.

Just to keep things fresh around here at kellystremmel.com I created a new site for your viewing enjoyment with lots of new images from 2008. I think it's perfect, simple but classy.

BUSINESS NEWS
- all of my print packaging is now 100% recycled paper and made in the USA (brown is the new black!)
- invoices/receipts will be sent via email instead of printed on paper
- all of my album vendors are now located in the USA
- thank you photo cards are now available in recycled paper

The old saying is so true, pregnancy brings out a special glow in a woman. A few years a go I photographed Kori-Ann and Pat's wedding, now I get to capture a new experience in their life - a little baby girl.

raury = 12 months!

I have been photographing Liz since she was pregnant for Raury and I can't believe a year has passed so quickly. He's still the giggly boy that was in my studio when he was just a few weeks old.
