Our mini-vacation this week was so nice. It was like a tour of mountains from small to large. We hit Labrador, Gore, Sugarbush and then Stowe was the cherry on top. The view from Sugarbush was amazing and definitely a gift. Looking out towards NY over Lake Champlain we could see the sun hitting the top of Whiteface. On a side note, there's a few places I would like to mention. There's a new restaurant in North Creek that is phenom - barVino. Mussels cooked in bacon and spinach, hello! And of course Cactus Cafe in Stowe is always a pleasure where our good friend Dean will cook you a well deserved apres ski dish that will tickle your tastebuds!
